With over 25 years of experience as a Human Resources Director, Christophe Herrmann has successfully worked in diverse sectors such as television, banking and insurance, manufacturing, and higher education, both in France and Europe.
He has led numerous strategic projects, including corporate mergers, major reorganizations and the relocation of headquarters. At the same time, he has held senior positions, such as Director of Facilities, Deputy General Manager and Campus Director, demonstrating his versatility and expertise.
Passionate about human relations, skills development, training, and education, Christophe was the first co-investor in LiveMentor, a French success story in the EdTech field.
In Pondicherry, he will bring his leadership and expertise to the creation and development of ESIP as Campus Director and Chief of Staff, thus contributing to strengthening Franco-Indian collaboration.

With a career spanning 38 years in National Education across various educational establishments, Antoine Sagodira has held numerous positions with a financial profile in France, abroad, and overseas.
He has been actively involved in school building construction projects, managing primary and secondary real estate endeavors such as the French International High School in Bahrain and supporting a project to construct a modern, bioclimatic establishment in Mayotte.
Since 2018, as the Secretary General of Bouéni College, Académie de Mayotte, a national public establishment, following its construction, he has been supporting the head of the establishment. He is responsible for overseeing a service structured around key axes that facilitate the implementation of the educational act as defined by the head of the establishment, which is part of the academic project. This includes administrative management, financial and material management of the establishment, personnel management, and legal monitoring.
At the academy level, he actively participates in staff recruitment as a member of the jury for administrative competitions and in the preparation for exams and competitions.

Roland Mohan spent 12 years at Rothschild & Banque Paribas working in IT and banking audit and inspection.
He then moved into international headhunting in the United States, Australia, Asia and Europe for major groups, before managing recruitment projects for Michelin-starred chefs Christophe Dufossé in Chengdu, China's gastronomic capital, and strategy for luxury hotels Le Bristol and Lutecia MGallery, both nationally and internationally.In 1992, he founded and managed international executive search firms before specialising in inclusive finance and corporate strategy.
Since the 2010s, he has also been involved in several parallel initiatives, such as HPI Consulting Group, where he helped to set up educational programmes for students starting their higher education at Collège LaSalle campuses (Montreal, Morocco, Senegal) with a view to obtaining dual degrees.
He has taught courses at Epita, EscParis, College LaSalle, and EMLV - Léonard de Vinci School of Management.
